Fees

2026 Summer Program Fees

Session Fees:  

  • Primary & Secondary Sessions: ¥60,000 per student, per session
  • Lunch Fees: ¥4,250 per session
  • Shuttle Bus to/from Kozoji station: ¥10,000 per session

Payment Method:

Applicants must pay for the fees using a credit card at the time of the application. This year, only online credit card payments are accepted, and applicants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Our Popular T-shirts!
Students will receive two Summer Program T-shirts (size and quantity limited). T-shirts will be distributed to all students at the beginning of the session.

 

Cancellations

Payment is required as the last step in applying for the Summer Program. By clicking the submission button, you confirm will authorize the immediate processing of all program fees indicated in your application. Cancellation fees (for program, lunch and bus fees) are as follows: 

  • If a family cancels registration after payment, but at least 7 days prior to the start of their registered session, a full refund will be made, minus credit card handling fees (roughly 8%)
  • If a family cancels registration after payment, but less than 7 days prior to the start of their registered session, an 80% refund will be made, minus credit card handling fees (roughly 8%)
  • Refunds will NOT be made if the child has started the registered session, even in case of illness or if the child needs to be dismissed due to disciplinary reasons.
