2025 Summer Program Fees
Session Fees:
- Primary & Secondary Sessions: ¥45,000 per student, per session
- Lunch Fees:
- Medium size lunch: ¥3,600 per session
- Large size lunch: ¥4,200 per session
- Shuttle Bus to/from Kozoji station: ¥10,000 per session
Payment Method:
Applicants must pay for the fees using a credit card at the time of submitting the application. This year, only online credit card payments are accepted, and applicants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Our Popular T-shirts!
Students will receive two Summer Program T-shirts (size and quantity limited). T-shirts will be distributed to all students at the beginning of the session.
Cancellations
Payment is required as the last step in applying for the Summer Program. By clicking the submission button, you confirm will authorize the immediate processing of all program fees indicated in your application. Cancellation fees (for program, lunch and bus fees) are as follows:
- if canceled at least 7 days prior to the start of a registered session starting date, 80% of the amount paid will be refunded;
- if canceled less than 7 days before the start of a registered session starting date, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded;
- Refunds will NOT be made for any amount paid if the registered session has started, even in case of illness or if the child needs to be dismissed due to disciplinary reasons.
