Thank you for your application and payment for enrollment in the 2026 NIS Summer Program!

We are busy planning another fun, balanced and enriching program this summer! We appreciate your application very much.

A reminder that English is the common language at NIS and also during the Summer Program. Summer Program students are expected to be "English-Speakers", with an understanding of English sufficient enough to allow them to participate with enjoyment in all activities and follow directions safely. Students may be asked to withdraw from the program (or denied enrollment) if it is deemed that the English level of the student does not qualify for full participation.

If, after reviewing your application, we determine that your child is not eligible or if we have any other questions, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Please note our policy for cancellation fees (for program, lunch and bus fees) are as follows: 

  • If a family cancels registration after payment, but at least 7 days prior to the start of their registered session, a full refund will be made, minus credit card handling fees (roughly 8%)
  • If a family cancels registration after payment, but less than 7 days prior to the start of their registered session, an 80% refund will be made, minus credit card handling fees (roughly 8%)
  • Refunds will NOT be made if the child has started the registered session, even in case of illness or if the child needs to be dismissed due to disciplinary reasons.

2026年NISサマープログラムへのお申し込みおよびお支払いをいただき、誠にありがとうございます。

私たちは現在、今年の夏も楽しく、充実したプログラムを計画しております。

NISおよびサマープログラムでは、英語が共通言語となります。すべての活動に楽しく参加し、安全に指示を理解できるだけの英語力を備えていることが求められます。

英語でのコミュニケーションが十分に取れないと判断された場合、プログラムへの参加をお断り、またはご辞退いただくことがありますので、予めご了承ください。

お申し込み内容を確認した結果、お子様がプログラムの対象外であると判断された場合や、追加で確認が必要な場合には、こちらからご連絡いたします。

なお、キャンセルポリシー（プログラム費・ランチ費・バス費）については、以下の通りとなります。

  • お支払い完了後にキャンセルされる場合、登録されたセッション開始日の7日前までであれば、クレジットカード手数料（約8％）を差し引いた金額を全額返金いたします。
  • お支払い完了後にキャンセルされる場合、登録されたセッション開始日の7日前を過ぎている場合は、クレジットカード手数料（約8％）を差し引いた上で、受講料の80％を返金いたします。
  • お子様が登録されたセッションに参加を開始した後は、病気や規律上の理由による途中退室の場合を含め、返金はいたしかねます。
