Increasingly, companies and organizations are hiring external firms to screen potential employees, asking schools to verify graduation status and grades, and sometimes even requesting recommendations. NIS will not disclose any information to third-party screeners without your prior written consent. Please use this form to tell us the screening company's name and the reason for verification, so we can release the information.
