Even though the school started nearly 60 years ago, our first graduation ceremony was actually in June, 1968, four years after opening in 1964.

From the very beginning of NIS history, basketball has always been one of its major sports. Even though the facilities may not always have been the best.

The theme of the NIS Summer Program has always been to have fun learning, and back in 2010...

Before the convenience of digital cameras, the NIS Yearbook (Kibo) was painstakingly put together by hand by a group of students.

Like some many things at NIS over the years, it all started with the inquiring minds of the students.

To date, the 2019-2020 school year has been our largest student body in our history.
