What kind of work are you doing?
I work for a company that tailor-makes travel plans and gives advice for tourists visiting Japan. Blisstour.jp
What do you enjoy most about your job?
One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is being able to see people's happy faces for a job well done. It’s incredibly fulfilling to know that my work has a direct impact on others, boosting their happiness and satisfaction. This not only motivates me to excel but also reaffirms the value of my efforts in contributing positively to someone's day or even their life.
What kind of challenges does it hold for you?
Everything is a challenge, but right now our biggest challenge is to get the word out to as many people as possible.
Did NIS help you prepare for your current position in any way?
NIS played a crucial role in preparing me for my current position. The diverse curriculum not only honed my academic skills but also cultivated a global perspective, which is invaluable in my work today. Moreover, the emphasis on collaborative learning and leadership at NIS equipped me with the interpersonal and organizational skills necessary to excel in a professional environment.
What’s the one thing that you are really enjoying or most excited about these days?
The fact that a friend and classmate from NIS helped me when I started this new business venture is my greatest excitement and joy.
What’s the one thing you miss most about NIS?
Friends.

A friend is a gift you give yourself.

お仕事のどんなところが好きですか？
やはりお客様さまの喜ぶ顔を見られるのが一番のやりがいと感じています。この仕事が直接お客様の満足度や喜びに繋がり、自分自身のモチベーションにもなることで、充実した日々を送っています。
大変なことは何ですか？
何事も挑戦ではありますが、今はより多くの人に私たちのサービスを知ってもらうことが難しいと感じています。
NISでの経験は少しでも役に立っていますか？
NISでの多様なカリキュラム、そこで培ったグローバルな視点が現職でも重要な役割を果たしています。NISで重点を置いていた共同学習とリーダーシップを学んだことで対人スキルと組織力も身につけることができました。
最近夢中になっていることや楽しんでいることは何ですか？
私が転職する時にもNISの友人や同級生が力を貸してくれました。友人には感謝の気持ちしかありません。
