Open Campus Day

Experience Our Community

Parents are invited to step into the classroom together with other parents and participate in NIS learning experiences. This experience is designed to help our parents better understand how each stage builds toward the next as students continue on through Secondary School.

Parents will participate in our inquiry-based approach together with other parents, just as a middle school or high school student would! Along the way, teachers will share information about how lessons are designed and what students learn and demonstrate in Secondary School.

TISA Education Fair

What inquiry-based or play-based learning is,

Then the TISA International Education fair is designed just for you! International schools from across the Tokai region will come together to answer common parent questions and help families better understand international education in Japan.

Experience Learning Like an NIS Student

Our Parent Experience Day invites parents to step into the classroom and participate in the same kinds of learning experiences our students enjoy every day. Guided by NIS teachers, you'll explore how inquiry develops from the Primary Years through Middle and High School while gaining first-hand insight into the thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving that define an NIS education.

Our Admissions Open Houses provide a comprehensive introduction to Nagoya International School. Meet members of our leadership and admissions teams, tour the campus, learn about our programmes, and discover what makes an NIS education unique.

Visit at a Time That Works for You

We're of course happy to arrange a personal campus tour at a time that's convenient for your family. You can meet with a member of our Admissions team, explore our campus, observe learning where possible, and have plenty of time to discuss your child's educational journey. If schedules align, we can also offer student-led tours from our High School Student Ambassadors.
