Celebrate Lunar New Year!

Get ready for a vibrant evening of culture, connection, and celebration! The NIS Lunar New Year Committee cordially invites all students, families, and staff to our 2026 Lunar New Year Festival at NIS!

  • Location: Wing Building Gym

Join us as we:

  • Celebrate the rich traditions of the Lunar New Year.
  • Build a more vibrant and inclusive NIS community.
  • Enjoy an unforgettable evening together!

What's in Store?
Our festival is packed with immersive experiences for everyone:

  • Cultural Exploration (4:30 PM-5:45 PM): Dive into hands-on fun at our interactive cultural booths! Try traditional crafts, games, and activities.
  • Spectacular Performances & Feast (6:00-8:00 PM): Be dazzled by vibrant music and dance performances from various East Asian cultures. Then, treat yourself to a delicious international buffet dinner featuring Chinese, Korean, and other festive dishes!

Important Practical Information:

  • Transportation & Parking: For your convenience, a shuttle bus service to JR Kozoji Station will depart NIS at 8:15 PM. This shuttle bus service is on a first-come, first-served basis; no additional registration is required. Parent parking will be available on campus - please see THIS MAP for designated areas.
  • Registration & Tickets: Participation requires advance registration via Classlist. Please register by February 3. Upon check-in, registered guests will receive a wristband and a numbered ticket for our exciting lucky draw!
  • Participation Fee: A fee of ¥500 per person will be charged to cover food and material costs. Payment instructions will be provided on Classlist.
  • Supervision Policy: Please note that in accordance with school policy, all students must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian for the entire duration of the event, from after school until departure. We cannot accommodate students without an adult present.

NIS旧正月委員会より、2026年旧正月フェスティバルへ皆様をご招待いたします！文化と交流、祝賀に満ちた活気あふれる夕べをお楽しみください。NISの全生徒・ご家族・教職員の皆様のご参加をお待ちしております。

日時：2026年2月6日（金）
時間：午後4時30分～8時00分
場所：ウィング棟体育館

皆様のご参加をお待ちしております：

  • 旧正月の豊かな伝統を祝いましょう。
  • より活気に満ち、包摂的なNISコミュニティを築きましょう。
  • 忘れられない一夜を共に楽しみましょう！

イベント内容
当フェスティバルでは、皆様が没入できる体験が満載です：

  • 文化探検（16:30～17:45）： インタラクティブな文化ブースで体験型アクティビティをお楽しみください！伝統工芸、ゲーム、アクティビティに挑戦しましょう。
  • 華麗なるパフォーマンス＆宴（18:00～20:00）：東アジア各国の鮮やかな音楽と舞踊に魅了されましょう。その後、中華・韓国料理をはじめとするお祝いの料理が並ぶ国際ビュッフェディナーをご堪能ください！

重要なお知らせ：

  • 交通・駐車場：ご都合に合わせて、JR高座寺駅行きのシャトルバスをNISより午後8時15分に出発します。シャトルバスは先着順でご利用いただけます。別途登録は不要です。保護者用駐車場はキャンパス内に用意されます。指定エリアについてはこちらの地図をご確認ください。
  • 登録とチケット：参加にはClasslistでの事前登録が必要です。2月3日までにご登録ください。受付時に登録済みのお客様にはリストバンドと、楽しい抽選会用の番号付きチケットをお渡しします！
  • 参加費：飲食・材料費としてお一人様500円を頂戴します。お支払い方法はClasslistでご案内します。
  • 監督方針：学校方針に基づき、放課後から終了時まで、全生徒は保護者または後見人の同伴・監督が必須となります。大人の同伴がない生徒の参加はお断りします。

この特別な祝祭を皆様と共有できることを大変楽しみにしております！喜びと美味しい料理、そして素晴らしい仲間と共に新年を迎えましょう。

准备好迎接一个充满活力、文化交流和庆祝活动的夜晚吧！NIS农历新年委员会诚挚邀请所有学生、家长和教职员工参加我们的2026年农历新年庆祝活动。

精彩活动有哪些？

我们的庆祝活动为每个人都准备了丰富多彩的沉浸式体验：

  • 文化探索（下午4:30-5:45）：在我们的互动文化展位体验动手乐趣！尝试传统手工艺、游戏和活动。
  • 精彩表演与盛宴（下午 6:00-晚上 8:00）：欣赏来自东亚各地的精彩音乐和舞蹈表演。之后，享用丰盛的国际自助晚餐，品尝琳琅满目的中式、韩式及其他节日佳肴！

重要实用信息：

  • 交通与停车：为方便起见，学校将于晚上8:15安排专车前往高庄寺。班车先到先得，无需额外报名。校园内设有家长停车位，具体区域请参见附图。(Map)
  • 注册与门票：参加活动需提前通过 Classlist 平台注册。请于2月3日前完成注册。注册成功后，您将在办理入住时获得腕带和抽奖号码牌！
  • 参与费用：每人需缴纳500日元，用于支付餐饮和材料费用。付款说明将在Classlist平台上提供。
  • 监护政策：请注意，根据学校规定，所有学生在活动期间（从放学后到活动结束）必须由家长或监护人全程陪同和监护。我们无法接待没有成人陪同的学生。
