Student Leadership Day
On Wednesday, 18 members of our HS and MS Student Councils joined together to think about their purpose and approaches. Initial investigation included looking at what goes into a mission statement and the interviewing key staff about what characterises effective leadership. Students were then inspired to work together to draft a mission statement for the student councils at NIS. We finished the day feeling better equipped to support others and provide positive impacts in our various NIS communities.
