Stress Zero Global

The Stress Zero Global club made its debut on campus this week. The primary mission of this club is to create a more comfortable, engaging, and balanced academic experience through addressing stress and the role it plays in the lives of high school students. Especially in the mentally draining times of COVID-19. And given the intense, highly competitive IB Program, the student organizers felt it was necessary to provide students with the means and methods to cope with their stress to maintain equilibrium between their personal and academic lives. The club will work together to promote and raise awareness for the proper stress management techniques and also plan stress-relieving events. Stress Zero Global is an international organization with “chapter clubs'' in international schools around the world. Thus, there will be many opportunities for students to work together with friends in other countries to learn and collaborate about stress management--a skill crucial to a healthy life in high school and beyond.
