Spreading Awareness (and Happiness!)

This week, during primary lunchtime, a 10th grade student had a booth to sell crafts for the MYP Personal Project. The crafts are handmade knitted stress balls, which are a fun way to relieve stress and a great fidget toy for children. It was a big hit among Primary students and ¥12,650 was raised in total.

The funds raised will be donated to a charity called "TELL JAPAN", a non-profit organization devoted to offering the foreign community of Japan support and counseling services as well as contributing to expanding mental health care requirements. The main purpose of this project is to spread awareness of the topic of stress and raise funds for people in need who are having a hard time with their mental wellbeing.
