IB Art Exhibition
The Grade 12 Visual Arts Exhibition opened in the Kawanabe Room this week. This exhibition celebrates and recognizes the months of work by the Grade 12 Visual Arts students, and serves as both an assessment for the IB and a culmination of their efforts over two years. Each student presented a cohesive body of their work that centered around a theme of their choice. Families and friends of the Gr.12 artists were invited to visit the exhibition to enjoy a private viewing, while the artists showed them around and explained their artworks. Students and staff also visited during class time or free time, giving the community an opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments of these talented Gr.12 artists.
