Writer's Workshop
Primary teachers have been attending ongoing professional development around Writing and the Workshop approach with Matt Glover. They have participated in several hours of whole group sessions as well as some follow-up during Wednesday afternoon staff collaboration. This week, we have been lucky enough to have a "virtual visit" from Matt, as he works directly with teams and even with students to further develop our workshop approach in Writing. We have been able to observe as he confers with some students in Preschool - Grade 5 and then debrief with him afterwards. It has been wonderful to have Matt with us for so many hours of wonderful professional learning!
