Reading Challenge Started!

Each year, the Library hosts a Reading Challenge for students in grades 2-5 that lasts for about four weeks. It is a great chance to promote the love of reading to even the most reluctant of readers. The culminating activity for grades 2-3 is the Library Sleepover, and grades 4-5 will have an in-school Ice Cream Sundae Party! This year, as before, we are encouraging students to read books in English and in their mother-tongue. Time spent reading is tracked to earn credits towards the goal of getting an invitation to the Culminating Event. More information on the back of the Reading Logs were given to students today!
