Interactive Primary Assembly
The Gr. 5 students took their science learning on the road today to share with their younger friends. All the great science inquiry that has been happening in the Annex this autumn was brought over to the MPH during the Primary Assembly. This turned the assembly time into interactive exploration, allowing the Gr. 5 students to articulate their learning with presentations and demonstrations. In contrast, the younger students were treated to mini science lessons around the concepts of matter, viscosity, surface tension, and other concepts through fun, easy-to-understand demonstrations. It was a unique and fun way to spend assembly time with friends!
