Gr. 2 Field Trip
Gr. 2 students who are inquiring into how people express their ideas through arts as part of their unit "How We Express Ourselves" visited Karen Pottery in Seto to experience the art of pottery on Tuesday. Students had an amazing opportunity to watch the potter using a pottery wheel and see how the clay can be moulded into different things. They also got to paint their own cups! They are looking forward to get their master piece cups delivered in about a month!
Next, they will be inquiring into how people respond to art and the different ways we can express ourselves through art.
