Students from various grades showed off their creativity through multiple forms of artistic works throughout the week. The Gr. 3 and 4 students started the week strong with an exhibition in the spacious Kawanabe Room. Gr. 3 students showed off their sculptures while the Gr. 4 students displayed their self-portraits. Gr. 5 students had their self-portraits hanging in Raymond as a remnant of their PYP exhibition last week, too. These displays gave all the primary artists an excellent opportunity to admire and reflect on the techniques they learned throughout these last few months. By critiquing their own and their classmates' works, they could see how the lessons were interpreted differently, contributing to their own learning.
