A Democratic Sleepover for Gr. 4
As part of their “How We Organize Ourselves” Unit of Inquiry, the Gr. 4 students are having a sleepover tonight. After learning about different government systems through simulations and role play, they held elections and formed their own government. Together, the government and citiizens were in charge of planning the sleepover under a democracy. All aspects of the event (including schedule, food and entertainment) were planned by the students. Gr. 4 has been looking forward to this event and we hope everyone has a wonderful time!
