Paralympian Visits NIS!
Ryuji Sakimoto, a Japanese Paralympic swimmer who competed in the Athens 2004 Paralympic Games visited NIS on Monday. He spoke with students about how he overcame obstacles after losing his right leg when he was a child, and how the people around him gave him encouragement as an athlete and helped shape his life and who he is today. Thank you Mr. Sakimoto for inspiring everyone in our community.
