Chubu Perspectives Series
On Thursday night, NIS hosted our second event in our Chubu Perspectives Series in the East Building Multi-Purpose Hall (MPH), this time with a theme of Post-COVID Foreign Businesses in Chubu. We were fortunate to have a panel of five local business leaders (including three NIS parents!) share their thoughts on future economic trends and challenges moving forward. It was one of our first events to host guests outside of the NIS community, and successful in reaching out to new people working in a variety of industries. The Chubu Perspectives series aims to inform and engage the local Nagoya community in interesting dialogue around enhancing our daily lives here in the Chubu area. We hope NIS families will feel inspired to join us next time. Stay tuned for Session III coming next school year!
