Student Services Online Learning Plan (Secondary)

In Secondary, Student Service Team will be working with classroom teachers to plan and differentiate assignments. Students who are on Intensive plans will receive regular check-ins.

First points of contact for students and parents: Contact the teachers assigned to grade levels for questions that are not content-specific but are related to writing, clarifying task instructions, proofreading and getting feedback on work. The list can be found HERE.

Writing Lab

Students can share written assignments to the teacher assigned to their grade level as Google Docs and will receive feedback within 24 hours (during school days).

Math Lab

Students can submit Maths questions to Math Lab teachers and will receive responses. A video chat in Google Meet will also be open during lunchtime (12:30-2:00 pm).

Counseling

Students who receive regular counseling appointments will continue to do so, as often as possible in the same time slots as their typical school day. Students will meet with their counselor over Google Meet. To refer a student for counselling, or to seek support or advice from the school counsellor, please email the Counselor. .
