The NIS campus is located on a hill and is not visible from the main road. When arriving from the main road, you will first see the Wing Building near the bus parking area.

Please note that there is no visitor parking in the bus parking lot. Visitors and parents should continue up the hill to the Upper Parking Lot, located just beyond the Wing Building.

For security, campus gates are closed during the school day. Please use the intercom at the gate for access and check in at reception in the Raymond Building upon arrival.

For those unfamiliar with driving in Japan, we recommend travelling by train to Kozoji Station (JR Chuo Line) and taking a taxi to the school for your first visit. The roads in the surrounding area can be challenging to navigate, particularly for first-time visitors.

JR Chuo Line – Kozoji Station

Kozoji Station is the closest train station to NIS. It is approximately a 40–45 minute walk from campus, so taxis are recommended for visitors. A taxi ride takes about 10–15 minutes and costs approximately ¥1,600. The taxi stand and bus rotary are located on the south side of the station (in front of Mister Donut). Kozoji Station is accessible via the JR Chuo Line from Nagoya, with a travel time of approximately 20–25 minutes. It can also be reached via the Aichi Kanjo (Loop) Line from the southeast.

Meitetsu Seto Line – Owariasahi Station

Owariasahi Station is another option within a short taxi distance of NIS. The taxi stand is located on the north side of the station, though taxis may be less frequent than at Kozoji. A taxi ride to NIS takes approximately 10–15 minutes and costs around ¥1,600.

Yutorito Line (from Ozone Station)

The Yutorito Line provides a convenient route from Ozone Station toward NIS via an elevated, dedicated busway. The nearest stop to the school is Nakashidami, approximately a 10–15-minute walk from campus. Buses run frequently throughout the day, with a travel time of approximately 25–30 minutes from Ozone.

Fare: Approximately ¥420 (one way)

City Bus – Fujigaoka Route (#12)

The Fujigaoka #12 city bus also serves the area near NIS. The closest stop is Amaike, about a 10–15-minute walk from campus. This route runs less frequently than the Yutorito Line but may be a suitable option depending on your starting location.
